Dr. Hodes is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, P.A. with a B.A. in Religious Studies. In 1974 he received his M.D. degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, N.Y. He did his medical internship and residency at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center, Bronx, N.Y. Dr. Hodes received his Fellowship in Gastroenterology from Mount Sinai Medical Center and Bronx V.A. Hospital.
Dr. Hodes was the former President of the medical staff at Raritan Bay Medical Center and is presently Senior Attending in Medicine both at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, N.J. and John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, N.J. Doctor Hodes is Gastroenterology Consultants IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) specialist. He has been listed as Top Doctor with Castle Connelly for many years.
Dr. Hodes published his first book – “Metaphysician on Call for Better Health: Metaphysics and Medicine for Mind, Body and Spirit”. He lectures extensively on the subject of metaphysics and healing, writes a syndicated column, “Meta-Physician On Call”, and was recently featured on News 12 NJ, 12 to Your Health.
